The guided portion of the Journey begins and ends at the Brasília Airport (unless otherwise stipulated in writing prior to Journey and signed by both parties).

To secure a confirmed reservation on one of the published Journey dates, please print, review, fill out and sign the Application and Casa Indemnity Declaration Form forms. The original of these forms must be signed, dated and mailed with your deposit of US$500.00 to the address provided on the Application form.

*After filling out and signing, make a copy of these 2 forms, send the originals to Gary at his Rio de Janeiro address and keep the copies for your records.

Registration Checklist

1) Fill out and send signed and dated forms (Application Form and Casa Indemnity Declaration Form) and a recent photo to Gary's Rio de Janeiro address.

2) Send a check or money order in $500.00 US dollars payable to Gary Walker to Gary's Florida address; OR ask Gary to send you a PAYPAL invoice, which allows you to use a credit card to pay; OR ask Gary for his bank information for an International Transfer or direct deposit.
